This site is informational. It explains what BP Global Merchant Services does and how our pricing models work.

Nothing here is an offer of credit, and nothing here creates a binding processing agreement. A processing relationship starts only when you sign a merchant agreement and it is approved.

A statement review is an estimate based on the statement you send us. If the statement is incomplete, out of date, or doesn't reflect your normal volume and card mix, the estimate will shift.

Final pricing depends on underwriting approval and the terms of the signed merchant agreement. Where a quote and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

We don't guarantee that you'll save money, that your application will be approved, or that any particular rate will be available to you. Card network costs and underwriting decisions aren't ours to promise.

Dual pricing programs we set up are configured to card brand rules and applicable law.

Compliant signage and disclosure at your own locations remain your responsibility. You are the one your customers see prices from, so you need to keep those prices posted and disclosed correctly.

The point-of-sale, terminal, and gateway brands named on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We name them because we support them.

Naming a brand does not imply that brand endorses us, or that we have a relationship with it beyond boarding and supporting merchant accounts.

Use this site for legitimate business purposes. Don't attempt to break into it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, submit false information through our forms, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

The text, layout, graphics, and other original content on this site belong to BP Global Merchant Services. You're welcome to read it and share links to it. Don't republish it as your own.

This site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty that the site is fit for a particular purpose or that its content is error-free.

To the extent the law allows, BP Global Merchant Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll revise this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply.
