When you use our statement review form, we collect the information you type into it: your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, and whatever you write in the free-text details field about your current setup.

If you email us a processing statement, we receive that statement and whatever else is in your message. We don't ask for card numbers, full bank account details, or Social Security numbers through this site, and you shouldn't send them by email.

We use your information to prepare your statement review, quote pricing, and answer your questions. That's it. We don't use it to build advertising profiles, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

A statement you send us is reviewed for one purpose: to work out what your processing actually costs and prepare a quote.

If you decide you want to move forward, we share what's needed with underwriting and processing partners — including Elavon — to get your account boarded. If you don't move forward, your statement is never shared for that purpose. Statements are never sold or rented.

This site uses essential cookies needed to make pages work, plus aggregate traffic measurement so we can see which pages people read. We don't run advertising trackers or sell audience data.

Processors, gateways, and point-of-sale vendors receive your information only as needed to board and support your account. They get what the job requires and nothing more.

We keep your information only as long as we need it — for the length of your inquiry, or for the length of our relationship if you become a merchant with us.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we don't claim it is.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@bp-gms.com and we'll take care of it.

This site is meant for business owners and operators. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
